These desk racks base on a design by Professor Egon Eiermann of 1953.
The racks were originally designed for his own office and not for industrial manufacturing; therefore the today available racks are in deviation to the original ones dismountable and with vertical adjustment. The position of the trim cross with all racks is in vertical direction and ususally centrically attached. This position is the statically most sturdy. Alternatively you can now also select the behind situated position of the trim cross; additionally all components of the Eiermann rack (framework and trim cross) are freely exchangeable among each other.
New : Eiermann 1: Desk reack with diagonal cross
Vertically adjustable from 69 - 84 cm, tube diameter 20mm, the vertical adjustment is secured with bent-round cotter pin, its colour corresponds to the rack.
This rack is available also without vertical adjustment, the framework height however is only 660 mm! In case of often moving usage of a chromium-plated vertical adjustment is recommended.
